3. Cancellation and Booking Policy
- Full payment is required to finalize your booking. If you need to cancel, kindly provide at least 3 business days’ notice for a refund, which will be processed within 3 working days.
4. Workshop Participation and Liability
By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge the following:
- Safety and Liability: You have reviewed our safety guidelines and understand the inherent risks associated with the workshop. You agree to release TuftJoy Studio and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Personal Responsibility: You agree to use the provided equipment responsibly and adhere to all instructions from the workshop facilitators.
- Equipment Care: You will handle all tools and materials with care. If any equipment is damaged due to misuse, you may be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement.
- Personal Belongings: TuftJoy Studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the workshop. Participants are encouraged to take care of their personal items.
5. Photography and Media Release
We may capture photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let our staff know in advance.
